The refund will be issued automatically using the same payment method used for the original transaction (refund credited back to the original bank account or payment card).
Returned goods must show no signs of wear or use and must retain original tags and protective hygiene seals.
Pursuant to Art. 38 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, the right of return does not apply to goods delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons (including intimate underwear/lingerie once hygiene seals have been removed).
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
